Ok what's the deal with promoting livejasmin?

This pop-under is on every friggin' site now, how it's converting and what's the commission? Do you need a high traffic site (20k+/day) to make it worthwhile?

Jdoughs 07-18-2010 04:22 PM

On every tube site or every site? I only see it on big tubes.

Agent 488 07-18-2010 04:25 PM

those are all pre-paids.

If I'm looking for advertising space or trades it will popup on like half the sites, not really any type of site in particular, it's obviously gotta be making some nice coin but I'm not sure if I want to annoy my visitors with it just yet..

:Oh crap .. it does seem to only be on the more high traffic sites especially ones with good SE keywords.

lagcam 07-18-2010 06:51 PM

Why do you ask so many questions Jakez?

HomerSimpson 07-18-2010 06:52 PM

they are just not worth promoging...

MrBottomTooth 07-18-2010 08:30 PM

I've got a couple sales with their $222 promo, and another that didn't qualify for the full amount.

I'm not seeing the horrible ratios that some people are talking about, but I just wish I had more of this targetted traffic that I am sending them so I could actually make some decent money with them.

Argos88 07-18-2010 11:46 PM

are u doing any money with juicy ads?

just wondering, I tried it for a few weeks, but it makes you .01 cent per click...

any tricks to get more off it?
.

BTW, livejasmin sucks.. try promoting another cam site.. livejasmin is on the biggest BLACK HAT and ILLEGAL sites like extreme-board and pornbb...

icymelon 07-19-2010 12:58 AM

I was wondering the same thing

He is obviously a guy on a mission.

You have a problem with this? Or did he forgot to get your authorization for asking questions?

what mission? after 8 years in business asking people how does livejasmin works? after 8 years in business ask people if you need site with traffic to make sales? come on, what is that mission? 20 posts per day? ok then ... :) but nothing personal, i have just to ask the same ...

Jakez, your account manager will be in touch with details.
Popunders are a more effective marketing tool than most would think.

Sorry I wouldn't know, I don't use it to sell advertising only to buy. If you play it right you can get targeted traffic for $1-2/k.

If you want to make more coin per click try PlugRush, they're pricing is higher for the more quality traffic so it would only seem right that people are getting more than $0.01/click.

I no longer give authorisations for question asking as too many people take the piss, however to answer YOUR question, the reason I ask is that I have noticed that he asks a lot of very general questions, that given his supposed background, (see his sig) most of which he should in my opinion already know.

That said, I will probably not lose any sleep if he continues.

Good question, but you most likely will not get an answer, or if you do it will be some side stepping bull shit, like we will look into it, or contact me with more specific details....
:2 cents:

thats a fairly blank question. You haven't posted anything to suggest they allow "illegal" sites to promote livejasmin. Post that first , then ask your question , otherwise you aren't really asking a question.

I am all for full disclosure, but ask the right way.

i would say yes if you plan on promoting them widely you should already have a very high traffic site. otherwise promote them very specifically

Because of the way the cookie system works, these popunders are to lock a cookie in. I would bet most of the sales from the big tubes DON'T come from the popunders, they come when someone clicks YOUR banner on YOUR site but the tube guy gets the credit because he locked in the cookie first with a popunder hours or days earlier.

To give an example, if a site like youtube used awe popunder code, almost nobody other than youtube would make any sales on awe, because everybody visits or watches a youtube video every few days and would already have an awe cookie set. If bill gates himself sat down and bought 5 million dollars worth of cam credits on awe from your site , you likely wouldnt recieve a dime because he prob watched a youtube video first and had their cookie set not your's

Important to note:
The promo tools used in popunder ads don't place cookies unless the user clicks on them. In the above example, youtube would only get credit if their visitors clicked on the popunder ad.

ILLEGAL sites are right... I asked them why they are on so many and they just don't care... torrent sites, child sites, it's fucking shameful
