i took a tactical weapons course and they taught that 99.9% of the time a person that stands steady and focuses on target will eliminate that target before getting hit...
although i wouldnt want to be the .1%.... :1orglaugh
of course its more complicated than that but the point was that in a life or death situation with two armed people, unless you focus on the task at hand its just blind shooting..
