Profitable mainstream/semi adult cam site for sale for 7 figures
 

I have a site generating around $600k/year in pure profit or around $840k in gross revenue. I didn?t think about selling it because our team is still actively working on it. And we are not in need for money since the site is very profitable. But recently I?ve been approached by a serious buyer who made a considerable offer. It was considerable but not enough for me to sell the site. So at this moment the buyer is thinking if they can make a better offer.

While they think I thought why not to try and make this site available for other buyers, who knows, maybe there are other serious buyers interested in my site with good enough offer for me to sell!

Details about the site:

This is a project of mine that I and my team (around 15 people) have been working on for the past 5 years.

It?s more mainstream/dating CAM site with some parts of it labeled as 18+ content.

We don?t have any models. We don?t pay anyone money. All the content is 100% user generated. There are lots of users who live in front of cams (they sleep/eat/dance/sing/strip/fuck in front of cam all day long). They do it because they are addicted to it. They have lots of fans (tens of thousands) who support them and they do all this performance purely just to entertain their fans and gain more of them.

Site makes most of the money from the most popular webcams. We sell premium memberships primary purpose of which is to view webcams without any restrictions. Usually the most popular cams are in the 18+ category, because people love porn and it?s the easiest and quickest way for performer to gain more fans.
Premium memberships bring us around 70% of revenue.

Around 25% of revenue comes from Google AdSense. Around 5% is coming from virtual gifts. (some of our cam performers have gifts worth hundreds of dollars in their profiles)

Google/Yahoo/MSN and Facebook see our site as mainstream because they allow us to sell ads (adsense) and buy mainstream traffic from them (all of them). Also we are able to accept mobile payments because the site is considered to be mainstream. These are very important points because with the right marketing the site has a lot of potential to grow compared to purely adult sites.

The perfect buyer is the one very familiar with the cam business looking to extend their existing business model from relying 100% on content from paid models towards pure amateur, home made, altruistic content. But any serious buyer is welcomed of course!

25% of Google ADSENSE? Damn... Just thinking that a 10K site per day I had was making 10 bucks only per day in adsense.. I cant imagine how much traffic u have...

It's not about number of visitors. It's about their quality. Mainstream dating traffic is very expensive. 40-50 cents a click is a norm...

nope. it's a good site! but ours is bigger and they don't have 18+ content as far as i know

How hard is it to find out who is getting the traffic from DATING entered into Google?
