Low quantity high quality. Just the way I like it.

I think the word superstar scares people. Most people don't believe in themselves that much.

I would think that requiring the people to be local would also severely cut out a lot of resumes. Not that I blame you at all, just saying, there can only be so many people in Toronto that are already in the industry.
