when you do a search for adult terms on google, You won't see any adwords...

5 years ago, you could see a lot of people fighting to get on top for adult terms and adwords, not anymore

Now when you search for any mainstream terms.. lets say: "Sports arbitrage"

thats not true. its that 5 years ago it was easier to run an adwords campaign then it is now. I have a number of accounts that I have had up for 5 years and some that I just started last week.

the compeition is making it to expensive or with Google's new quality score/minimum bids it does not make sense to pay $2.00 per click when you will make $35 sale

Less competition is good news for me. I make $1000s profit each month from adwords - i guess I need to add more keywords ;-)

Last time I used adwords there was no minimum for 2 bucks.... i was getting like 10 cents and shit like that.

Google also often won't serve ads, or serve sporadically, for longer and cheaper keywords to push you into the more generic and expensive keywords. That and landing page quality scores can push keyword bids up

Back in 2004-2005 advertising on adwords was a gold mine, then google started increasing minimum bid for keywords week after week, until they destroy it.

Nope, never have and never will. Guilty as charged. I actually am in the porn biz and have always had traffic and never bought a google ad word...I made my first million dollars selling paysite memberships before there WAS a google.

Dunno how you worked that out. GFY is humming along nicely as are the likes of MP, ADX, IW, JBM and 1-2 others. Of all the big old forums, they died off years ago, the only exception being NP which shat on all its members so no shock thats half dead.
