Damn, of all the things to do in a day, working with porn has got to be one of the most boring things to do.

I suppose banging the chicks would be the only "fun" part of porn, but then you'd have to deal with potential disease all the time. Also, your social life would suffer if you wanted to date or hang out with non-whores.

I make pretty damn good money still, especially for how little I actually work, but I have absolutely 0 passion for this.

Anything you do the same of all day every day will get boring. I'm sure there are a lot of people that admire what you do. They would trade you jobs in a heart beat.

It's been boring for me for years....a lot of it due to desensitization building up, I'm sure.....I look at it from a dollars and cents perspective and my personal life is very far removed from it. I've been shoooting porn for almost nineteen years now and I don't think it's boring yet. That's probably why I am still working as a producer. There are always new avenues to explore and new things to try. Sure, long hours doing anything can be a drag whether it's sitting on front of a computer updating web sites or shooting hundreds and hundreds of photos in different rooms and outfits on a long shoot day with an eighteen year old girl. When you *have* to do it to make a living, anything can be a drag after a while.

To people that say they are bored, I say back to them, maybe you are are boring.

You have to constantly motivate yourself to find interesting new ways to be creative.

If you let yourself fall into a rut, that's your own fault. Find ways to rekindle your excitement and find joy in what you are doing. It might even mean making life changes, because if whatever you do does not interest or inspire you, how can it be expected to interest or inspire others?

Haha, SO FAR from the truth! I'm having a blast in life. Middle of summer in Vancouver, I have several wicked parties per month, jet skiing, going out on the town, new women weekly, boating with friends, beach parties, hiring writers and actors for filming in September.

My personal life is a thousand times more interesting than my professional life. Porn is so boring to sell and is not anything I would call an "accomplishment".

Which is one of the reasons the customer can't be motivated to buy. Why buy when you've seen it 1,000s of times before?
