New Phone?

I think my cell is 7 or so years old.:Oh crap It's time for a new one so has anyone bought a new phone lately? I can't do the Iphone as my b/f has one and I hate using it all tho the hotspot is great.(using it right now) I think I'm the only one who just wants a phone to talk. LMAO

So what kind of phone do you have?

I just got the Droid X yesterday, loving it so far. Though if you just use a phone to talk it likely would not be the phone for you.

One of Tf's friends has one and loves it. I'm just a little clumsy and can't use the touch pad, I do need to jump in to the 2000 century and use a phone for things other that talking.

Take a look at the new HTC's with Android.

Who's your carrier?

The new Samsung Galaxy S line of phones blow the doors off of the iPhone.

There's a version available or soon to be available for all the US carriers.

I use a free Nokia that I pay $33.00 a month for unlimited calls/texts.

If you want to stay with your cell provider that narrows the choice quite a bit but still will give several options. I like the new Android devices for smartphones- my HTC Evo 4G on Sprint is awesome although the new Galaxy S class phones available on all the major carriers are arguably even better. You can get a simple free feature phone that can talk, text and do limited stuff online up to a full featured smartphone that can talk, text, browse, make video calls, do maps & navigation, play entertainment, record video & audio and more including tether devices like a laptopthrough a USB or wirelessly.

Get an Android phone... I'd recommend the HTC Desire.

Android, get the ATT aria...

pamon 07-28-2010 03:15 PM

if you want android there's a bunch for that, if you want an iphone, there's that. blackberry's for emails. depends on carrier and what you're looking for. droid x or htc evo 4g are winners and iPhone 4 as well if you want apps.

What he said :thumbsup

Then however... if you want an old fashioned phone you can only use to call people and send SMS..... you should stay as far away from SmartPhones as you can :winkwink:

Corleone 07-29-2010 05:37 PM
