KUALA LUMPUR: International Man of Mystery Jho Low, who parties with celebrities like Paris Hilton, Megan Fox and P. Diddy has finally come out to reveal for the first time life he leads in an exclusive interview with Malaysian newspaper, The Star,

The 28-year-old multi-linguist - born and raised in Penang, Malaysia - revealed it is his Arab childhood friends and investors who are actually the spenders and not him as perceived.

Mr. Low Taek Jho who stressed the importance of going to the right schools, revealed he made his first million when he was just 20 years-old and has proceeded to string together billions more in deals so far.


He reveals that he is in the midst of creating a portfolio - worth billions - that will go public in October of this year.

Of parties and bills

Low was born in the Malaysian state of Penang, a state where 42 per cent of the population is ethnic Chinese.

He talks about his present globe-trotting life which covers places like Los Angeles, New York, London, Abu Dhabi, Kuala Lumpur and St Tropez.

It was in St. Tropez where he and Paris Hilton racked up a whopping S$3.8 million bill at the exclusive Byblos nightclub. According to News of the World, the young businessman who is reportedly no stranger to partying, settled the bill.

The New York Post in November portrayed him as a "man of mystery" whose big-spending ways made him the talk of New York's nightlife scene.

The operator of New York's Pink Elephant Club told the Post that Mr. Low spent between US$50,000 (S$69,000) and US$60,000 (S$82,000) a night.

He once even flew eight of the club's waitresses to a party in Malaysia.

Celebrities

In the interview, Mr. Low also talks about his parties with international celebrities like Paris Hilton, Megan Fox, Jamie Foxx, Lindsay Lohan and Usher.

But he also claims that news reports about the parties are exaggerated.

yeah, probably palm oil. Been to peninsual Malaysia and Borneo few months back and it's oil palms covering just about everything now. Almost no jungle left, just oil palm plantations. Guide told us a crazy amount in $ each palm produces each year. I think it was something like $750 per palm and there are billions of them.
