I been cooking for many years, atm 80% of the cooking is done on the grill and 20% in kitchen sorting veggies , crushing spices and marinating stuff for the grill ;-)

<-------- raises hand. Lately I've been perfecting these:
El Salvadorenan pupusas. I miss eating these in Los Angeles. Now that I've moved back permanently to the Philippines (no pupuserias), I've been forced to cook them myself. Thank goodness for Maseca flour sent to me by relatives from the US :) I've also learned to prepare curtido http://i32.tinypic.com/1zm09qb.jpg |
Cooking is really fun. Trial and Error finding new recipes and when you knock one out of the park. mmmmmmmmmm My favorite is BBQin anything. Ribs, chicken, pork loin, hamburgers...........the list goes on you can bbq anything!

Ive always been a cook. I need to bring back my "whats for dinner" threads.
I dont cook as much as I used to, but I still like going from point a-b-c with food. Its great to have people really enjoy your food too. :pimp |
