Dell will somehow issue a statement claiming that they have nothing to do with this, and the company that they contracted out for outsourcing has their own legal team and she will have to sue them. Dell will then proceed to issue an apology, drop them and hire yet another Indian outsourcing company for pennies on the dollar.

some laws in some states in America would have that guy in a lot of trouble.

Credit card fraud for one. When he "required" a computer to remove the website, he
basically committed blackmail. Not even touching on civil suits about posting the
pics to defame or harm.

IMO Dell doesn't give a rats ass about their customers. Corporate headquarters in the USA didn't give 2 shits about me or my problem my advise is NEVER EVER BUY DELL . . .
