Sounds like you need to learn to sell, get better niche products, retool your traffic for quality instead of quantity, or find a 'value add' and way to present that to your customers by 'painting a picture' on whatever product it is.

People need to wake up to the fact that trying to sell a months membership to JUST download videos is a tough sale. When the customers can get that for free.
