Well, it doesn't have to involve killing others, he can go to Afghanistan and preach and try to convert them. Conversion from Islam to any other religion is deemed apostasy in those parts and can lead to a painful death--both for the convert and the person that converted him/her. That would take real courage and commitment. Not this publicity stunt.

I agree that the extreme elements of the religion are nuts, but by other religions playing their game makes it an unitelligent war. As I said earlier the UK did not make an Empire buy fighting like for like, they always out foxed their oppenent and thats what we are curently doing. We already have troops in Afghanistan and that probably is doing more than if you go around burning Korans which then will get the attention of moderate muslims and conver them to extremism too.....

Yah, I know that these muslims have commited great autrocities like forced conversion, bheadings and blowing up religious things like the statue of Buddah but I think we should continue to set an example to them as we are doing so now. Put it this way, the USA alone could blow up mos of the Islamic world with a few nukes, so the issue is not that we cannot fight or stand up for ourselves, so we must continue to be diplomatic and set an example....

If you have a read of The Koran a lot of what is in there is basically a substitute for common sense and covers things like basic hygiene.
