Closing that area off to protect Americans from the danger posed by armed smugglers and drug traffickers is a far stretch from "giving it away" ie., handing over sovereignty.

That border region in that video you posted is still controlled by the US and the border patrol. Now, you can say the Feds aren't doing their job but that's a separate issue from handing sovereignty over US territory to the Mexican government.

The other I noticed here in town that a storage company was flying the Mexican flag.

Now, there's a Mexican restaurant that flies the Mexican flag here and even a "Mexican supermarket" that flies the Mexican flag, and I'm okay with that because they are both selling Mexican products. But this storage company flying the Mexican flag bothers me, and I just don't get it.

I'm Polish and Irish; You don't see flying an Irish or Polish flag. We fly the flag of our country, not our nationality.

Because they believe AZ still belongs to the Mexicans, along with a few other states including Cali. They are not here to be Americans, they are here to take those states back.

What's not to get? They're protesting an anti-Mexican "law" that was struck down as unconstitutional. If they were protesting Chucky Cheese instead, they'd probably be wearing giant rat costumes. Figure it out.

I think that ranks up there as the dumbest thing ever for me. Why would anyone fly the flag of a union that no longer exists, was defeated, and represented some of the dumbest ideas and concepts ever put forth. People who fly this flag should be shot on sight.

What do you guys think about Obama's stepped up EMPLOYER-BASED immigration enforcement? Previous administrations were so pro-business that they focused on raids instead of employer sanctions. What drives the problem: supply or demand?

It's because Mexicans think this land belongs to them... because the United States never lived up to its end of the bargain when the purchase/exchange was made for the land. This nulls the contract and gives the land back to the rightful owners, the Mexicans.

This is why they will take down American flag and toss it in the trashcan to put up a Mexico flag, they will fly it higher than an American flag as well, it's not just flown - it's flaunted at events.

It's a symbol of ownership, not of pride.
