My last $89 server with free month and free backup, they said I needed a $129 server and didn't give me a free month or backup, then NATS said it was a virtual server.

We dont pull that stuff here. You get a dedicated box, and if you want backup thats an extra fee but the raid is in place if you choose a RAID 1 for a backup solution.
