Do you get a pin number with them and has anyone used one to take out cash in Manilla?

yup, you must know your pin number and you can withdraw from ATM in manila!!!!

Log into your epass account. Click Edit Profile, Visa Electron PIN and change it. This way you will know what it is.

Change the pin every week or risk getting the card morphed.
