Absolutely no further costs are due during the first month and the only costs after month one is your daily promotion costs (between $5 - $20 for example) and the hosting costs which is minimal (less than $10 per month).

This of course means a full return on your purchase after approximately 2 months and continued monthly profits of $500 - $1000.

The sites ownership will belong 100% to the buyer. Daily work is 10 minutes to an hour per day (maximum). This will not change.

If you are not fully satisfied with the system, we will buy back your websites for $700 (we incur a cost ourselves during the first month of approximately $200).

Please remember that your earnings for this first month will be $300 - $500 and this is yours to keep regardless of whether you retain the websites or not.

We are developing these websites for our own use anyway so we have no problem buying them back.

Just a few requirements needed (apart from the cost) and the majority of buyers will have this.
