i'm wondering what the normal rate of fire is and what the modified rate of fire is.....

Normal rate is 1 round per trigger pull.

Modified rate is full auto at 650 to 800 rounds per minute.

Seems to me that guns can be used for things other than killing.

In fact, I'll bet you any amount of money that more bullets are shot at paper and steel targets than at people on any given day. Based on that FACT, I'd argue that guns are made for shooting at targets rather than people. :)

For me guns are just tools like knife or fork, but I understand they might be compelling. Myself I think that my computers are very sexy, I even tweaked them for more sex appeal... and it always makes me feel good when they work as they should work. I also like my camera and knives... but all in all those are just tools.

Really nice weapon. I have a bushmaster AR-15 and about 20k rounds back in the states. Bought them back when Clinton was going to confiscate all the guns and Y2K was coming.. My favorite is a yugaslov ak-47, really nicely milled and I have only had it jam once. Shoots Nato round so it has more stopping power than the Ar-15. Both will do the trick when needed tho.

I also have a spas-12 that I would never give up. If you haven't fired one of these babies you haven't lived! Crowd control in the extreme.

$40 in ammo?!?!?!?!?!?! jesus that's almost a case a beer here! lol

Should be fun to try, good thing it's a safe environment.
