epass sent momney problems?

been trying to load 50$ to someones epass for the past half hour or so, keep giving me an error that moneys cant be sent, anyone else seeing this behaviour?

Epass withdraw money problems too. ATM wouldn't give me cash half an hour ago. "cannot connect to issuing bank" and my balance is all wrong.

There seems to be some technical problems at this time with the back end processor. Tech is working with them to solve the problem.

As you know this can happen from time to time.
