Any affiliate program that allows sales via affiliate payment gateway?

Well, i'm tired of these 'they owe us money' stories and i wanna know if there is any 'ONEST affiliate program that would allow an affiliate to have sales on their own purchase form to prevent affiliate code loss and so to say 'shaving'?
