you ever shoot a model that goes back when ya ask them to step forward. turns right when ya ask them to turn left, stands up when ya say sit down.... fuck! that's what I've been doing for 4 hours... damn am I beat :helpme

I thought models just go up and down. Didn't know they could turn left or right. If only I had known. :(

Seriously, I feel your pain.

I just shot a new model yesterday and she could not take simple direction at all.
So frustrating :(

I had one that held up her hands in front of her in the shape of an L every time I asked her to move right or left just to make sure she knew right from left.

I feel your pain, as I am sure most others do.

My favorite saying is "Move your other left leg please."

Never had as much trouble as you though. I was always in a position to send them home. :)

I've been dealing with shit for brains models over here in Thailand for 8 years now. Not one of them can walk and chew gum at the same time. I tell them to stand, they sit. I tell them to sit, they stand. I tell them to look at the camera, they go to the bathroom. I speak in English, they don't understand. I speak in Thai, they don't understand. I draw pictures and show them images of poses I want them to do, they don't understand.

I'll have their makeup done. It will be perfect. We tell them not to touch it. They go to the bathroom when I turn my back and put white powder on their face and red on their cheeks, because they think it looks better. They take off their false eye lashes because they don't like how it feels.

It's like trying to herd retarded cats. Or if you're dealing with ladyboys, it's like dealing with retarded dogs on drugs who think they are retarded cats.

I live in a state of total mental exhaustion. 8 years man.... 8 years.

Oh.... forgot to add.

Then, after you do shoot them (talking about the females here), and they totally know it's going on a DVD or on the internet, they get pissed off at you when someone actually sees it and tells them about it, then tries to call the cops on you or have their Thai boyfriend kill you.

I just love those girls that sign the releases, do the pics, then want you to take them down when somebody they know see's it. Oh did I mention got paid as well.

Had an attorney contact me a few years ago regarding a black girl I shot. Cliff Notes: She claimed that it was for personal use, she didn't know I was going to sell it, blah, blah... she wanted 10k USD for damages because it ruined her life... blah, blah...

Sent her ID with model release and a photo of her holding her ID and signing the model release to her attorney, and that was the end of that.

I actually knew the attorney and he told me later that she had a boyfriend that was pushing her to do all of this because she cried to him that she never made porn, blah... blah... but he saw her sucking on white cock on the internet.

Yes that happens some times. what can you do? send he back home is money loss. so must juts find ways to work with her.

Like show her Computer slide show and ask her to repeat after images. but hey she will be doing same thing. so what i have done is just use my hands to work with models.

Had a model come in and tell me to take my clothes off. So I sat down. Then she got all touchy feely with me. Asked why I wasn't hard. Told her I was working. So she left, with my camera.

My problem was if the sets were not good I was wasting money on film and her money to find out the editors would not buy. If the agent demanded a kill fee I told him I used it to pay the make up artist.

Thankfully back in the good old days models with attitudes were a rare thing. Unless they were very salable.
