Anyone know of a platform to stream a live event with integrated PPV? (non-adult)

So my neighbor wants to stream some live event (mainstream seminar) and wants to charge PPV. Livestream.com looks great but there is not integrated PPV component to it. Ustream.tv does not have any PPV integration either. Anyone know a platform out there that accomplishes this sort of thing?
