To go in dept a bit more the term claudia marie is searched 135,000 times a month, the 301,000 is a broad search and includes all keywords involving claudia marie. On the other hand jiz is only searched 40,500 times.

You were looking at Broad results and not Exact results. Checkbox on the left under match types.
