I presume you can't just buy this kind of traffic from a standard $ per K broker, anyone know where I'd get some?

Needs to be adult or at least "erotic." Should have made that clear in my OP.

I don't think it's impossible to find, for example I could approach owners of sites targeted at females, such as erotic literature or pics-for-females sites. I'm just wondering if there's an easier way :)
