I messed up my GLT last night
 

Did my sunday ritual of gym in the morning, laundry in the last afternoon and spray tanning in the evening. However I think I messed up the mystic tonight. I could not hear the simple instructions clearly once inside the booth and think I turned in the wrong direction.

I know they are simple instruction however I am used to doing versa recently and forgot where I was :)

I kept getting haunting visions of that friends episode where Ross gets a spray tan....

There's this yellow thing up in the sky that most simple people manage to use correctly...

I am in the sun a few hours each day however you may have heard of skin cancer !
Important to use sun screen if out in the sun...
