Is payclick available to use outside of Australia?
No. Australia is the first country to launch this new product.

Doesn't look like it's a full blown set up yet.

Maybe one day a merchant will come out just like Pay Pal, but for adult sites.

When this launched, it went on a PayPal keyword ride on Twitter, but then I saw it was only in Australia. PayPal appears to be much more adult-friendly these days. I kinda think PayPal is doing gambling again as well. If anything comes out with an interface as good as PayPal's and processes adult, PayPal will be 100% in adult again. Which probably dissuades competitors to an extent.

What interface are you referring to?

One that doesn't involve you and your insistence on 100K in weekly sales.
