MiFi Tethering with iPhone 4
 

Anyone else using this? It is priceless to be able to create a wifi hotspot anywhere there is 3g. I'm posting this through my iphone 3g connection on my pc which is connected wireless. :thumbsup:thumbsup

I've tethered my BB several times, works great, the new Droid does the hot spot thing too

I have it and love it. Only downside is when the battery runs out and I forgot to bring the charger :1orglaugh

Are you paying for the 2gig per month tethering option with AT&T or did you do something else?

You dont get unlimited data option with the iphone tethering plan, which is why I asked if he did something else.

we lost internet for a few hours the other day, used the 3gs iphone to connect, shared the connection, and 3 of us were using it simultaneously as an emergency access point for emails and stuff, bit of a lifesaver! unlimited monthly internet helps!

how much extra is it to add onto the iphone plan

i never noticed that, i'm google about it

$20.00/Month more and it only accounts for 2gig of transfer. $10 for every additional gig used.

Total ripoff, but useful if you use it for work while traveling.
