Managed hosts probably have a scripted system that can add a domain to a customer's server with a few parameters and a click... wouldn't it make more sense to just let the customers to do this?

with Webairs custom panel, I can add a domain in seconds, I don't know how it is for a shared account
Same goes with a MySql database, email accounts, just about anything |
why don't you add it yourself using control panel??

I have been with Webair for over 6 years. They take care of anything I need done asap. I use the live help as I have a dedicated box. Two thumbs up for Mike and Webair.

Less than an hour to answer and deal with a support ticket impresses the hell out of me ... especially considering that I've been waiting like 20 days for a rep from one affiliate program to answer my last email. LOL

i don't mean to be rude, but have anyone ever tried natnet? i bet they are used to their service in no-time. time for setting up a domain is less than 5 minutes (usually 2-3 minutes). they are also using the support ticket system. my two cents... |
I have a managed server with Phatservers and I prefer to add my own domians with DirectAdmin. And they are fast as hell with support for anything else.

Yes all clients have the ability of adding domains via our proprietary control panel that is included FREE with all hosting plans as well.
