Skype does the trick for me too. Google seems to be intruding into enough aspects of our lives and they have to add this as well?

I tried it to call out and it worked fine. How do I get a call in number?

I called out and it worked great, but when the person tried to call me back it didnt work. Not sure how to get a #.

I've tried it several times the past two days and it works fine. The volume (in and out) using their FF browser add-on is through the roof though.
