Impressive tech if you're creating a robot that drives itself... but why would a normal person need this?

ya I don't see that as useful at all. If it could see cars in your blind spots as you are switching lanes that would be cool but that would just be annoying in bumper to bumper driving if all it does is tell me that there is a vehicle ahead when I can already see that.

cool gimmick but I'll stick with my free voice turn by turn GPS on my Droid :2 cents:

I am starting to notice that all this tech is actually not helping humans at all in the long run - we are getting dumber by the minute...if you use GPS for example you dont even need to think where the hell are you driving..next time if you have to do it without gps you are lost - we dont even try anymore, we are really useless without all this tech...

but cool gadget, have to admit...
