where can i submit my sites/galls for free without recip or with recip?

would anyone share a list or two? :)

spam me if you have sites that accept submission wether site, blog or gallery submission..
i'm working on some blog galleries right now and i want to make a list of sites where it can be accepted..

http://www.thehun.com is one of the huge sites.
It is difficult to get a gallery submitted and accepted.
If you get accepted, the gallery will get huge traffic.

they accept blog galleries. look at the main forum thread. :)
