I don't think the rules are that the accused have to prove their innocence.

Illegal Sites and pedo. Don't post links to illegal sites. Calling someone a Pedo, Refferring to them as a Pedo, Stating they promote Pedo, posting of Pedo links, and Death Threats are now grounds for immediate banning.

I think in general the powers that be don't want any CP business being discussed or posted here.

The last time I remember seeing it discussed the gist was if you think someone is distributing CP go to the authorities and not GFY.
