Thumbnail creator software?

Hi,
Does anyone know any software (free or paid) to create bulk thumbnails?
Eg. You feed it a picture, and it creates thumbnails in all sizes you specify...
Similar like chameleon submitter does, but an independent piece of software specifically for creating thumbs.

That creates just 1 thumbnail size from multiple images.
I need a tool that you can feed 1 particular image, and it outputs thumbnails in a variety of sizes that you specify upfront.
