Anyone have the odds on programs using epass recent trouble(s) as a reason not to pay just like the webmaster checks issue?

Why would they need an excuse. They probably HAVE issues getting payments out.

they may have lack of cash to pay

They should not have any excuse whatsoever not to pay anyone whom iif they currently or previously offered payouts via check, wire or other methods, and we all know if they make some excuse that they're full of shit

Any affiliate program that can't pay affiliates because of this should be avoided.
