Hey, this is the 3rd thread about this in the last few weeks, including one in the "Content Thieft" section and I notice you can't even comment on it. Yet, 2 people from your company "magically" appeared within MINUTES (about 20 total) to answer the original question.

So why are you stealing my content to promote your sites?

Rogue employee? Or maybe a software glitch? :Oh crap

If your an affiliate of theirs and using any of my content to promote them in anyway let it be known that I will not only DMCA you, but your host, your host's upstream provider, anyone you use as a biller etc. ALL DMCA's go out to all involved and cc together so there is no mistake.

But I enjoy calling people out in public first.

I don't know about the company infrastructure but I'm always paid on time by Silvercash and a recent edit (in Nats) was approved within a day.

Gee, how good for you that your getting paid by a company thats stealing to make money.

How long before they fold and take all the affiliate money with them like the other thieving and scamming affiliate programs out there.

Just not toward thief charges I guess eh? Hand caught in the Cookie jar = silence. Keep in mind if you are pushing them you are NOT 2257 compliant since they do not have model releases/ID's etc for any of the content they are stealing from me, and by the looks of it have been using multiple sets with various girls.

And I would not step up and and give them that if it hit the fan.

So, to summarize,

They are thieves. Anyone pushing them is doing so illegally.

They have hidden behind hiding tricks for years making it very hard to DMCA but resent changes to google etc have made it very simple to now bust them.

Come Tuesday I'm sending out the whole DMCA package, which I have been building for literally over a month at this point. They are big enough that I will take it a step further and sue for damages if the DMCA is not heeded within the allotted time.

I'm sick of people/companies thinking they can get away with this bullshit. I'm also sick of the idiots who come on claiming how great they are. You know who you are. If your backing them after this, your no better than they are.
