arrow scripts ATX - can it run on a VPS?

I have a few sites running this script on an old dedicated machine and i am going to close that, will i have to move sites running atx on to another dedicated machine or can i dump them on a VPS with 750MB of ram?

Sites are pushing around 50k total in traffic daily.
