Question: Witch sponsors will drop epass payout option "forever"?


Myself when (IF) all goes back to normal Ill drop every sponsor who doesn't offer epassporte payouts anymore.

And yes personaly I strongly believe they'll fix this situation.

No one is going to drop, i guess. People may start keeping less in epass for some time, until they forget this.

I know I will keep using epass the same way I used to. Its by far the easiest and fastest method to access money internationally.

Well they have funds in their business accounts so they need to spend it somewhere.

That's why we haven't made a statement that we are going to drop them like others have.

I still prefer epass as well. Checks suck, wire fee is pricey.

If you are a working affiliate, and a program that actually still converts and rebills were to drop epass...you would drop them? Nice business plan you got there.

Me? I could give a rats ass what is used to get me my money. I look for programs that sell. And these days there are very few of them. I'm pushing what sells. Not how they pay me.

Goes both ways, If I'm an affiliate, and your sending me payments everyweek, because my traffic sells, and I want epass, are you going to turn me down?

Agreed the main things to look at are earnings and sales but if I've got the same action on another sponsor and they are paying how I like it, it's too easy to just switch to the other sponsor.

Look it's pretty simple, if they want my sales then thats how it goes.
Otherwize I don't even try them.

Last year I've dropped a program where I did +300 $40 pps sales a month. After 6 emails they finaly replied with the message that they did not have time to fix my custom signup page. It worked so it was no big deal they said.

Excuse me? ... 5 minutes later the traffic was send elsewhere.
Believe me, at that moment I don't give a rat ass how good it converts.

We have never used epass as a payment solution. Not for any reasons other than my partners just didn't trust it. Nothing crazy, they are just very honest and very old school and didn't want to mess with it.

They won't even use an offshore bank. We do everything through Humboldt right here in the U.S.

So anyway, does your edict about companies who stop using Epass also apply to us since we never did in the first place? If that's not a problem for you, then sign up right now. You would be my biggest affiliate in the world if you have that kind of traffic. And I'd love to get to know you and make money together.

if epass recover, i hope i will receive all the payments that are now delayed asap ...

and btw i dont understand it, it is weekend, at monday are some vacation or what in us, and programs are now telling me that i have to change my epass to check asap. what in the paranoic hell. cant you give it at least few working days? there is still some chance for recovery, and thank you to urge us to change to checks and waste our time ... oh man ...

Me too. Unfortunately...setting up an epass account takes weeks. It's one of the slowest processes I've ever seen. And unless you write Michael O. you won't ever get it done. :(

By the time I set up an account, he'd probably already move to another sponsor. That is, if epass does come back at all.

But I could and would do a bank wire every month and eat the fees myself for an affiliate that could send 300+ real FULL signups a month. I've done this a long time. And I don't know anybody out there who can do that sending traffic to a single program.

I couldn't do it at the height of my power. Sure I promote hundreds of programs...but the most I could ever send to a single program was 50+. And that was with my tgps having 1.2 million uniques a day.

I don't even know anybody with that kind of traffic that isn't named "pornhub" anymore.

That's why I'm ready to turn gay and suck Dreamteam's cock if it's true. heh-heh

Epass is needed to do the "fast business" ... The ... "pay me now and get your ads up in a minute" kind of things.

I know. But my affiliates aren't able to do ten sales a day anymore. My best ones used to send 30+ a day before the tubes and torrents exploded and got big. Now none of them have any traffic. They are lucky to send 5 sales a month.

I'm doing damn near 90% now of type in sales. Don't get me wrong...I love it! But I still wonder if anybody can consistently send sales.

So yeah, send me ten sales a day (full sales) and I'll do whatever you need. Ten sales a day times 365 days at $15 revshare...well, with the way CM's site retains we would make some serious money by the end of the year.

Once (hopefully) Epassporte is back to normal we will still offer Epassporte as a payment option, its just too good an option to ignore.

No one will drop but there will be alternatives to epass. Payoneer will greatly benefit from this one!!

That is good to know.. Even though I don't push you traffic since my niches don't seem to be compatible...

But a lot of people respect you and it is probably because you make sound decisions.

I got tons of emails from sponsors that don`t pay anymore via epassporte even if only the visa don`t work. The epassporte said that we still can receive payments if are accounts are setup automatic on wallet so why people are stop using epass without any question? Maybe I don`t want to move on check or wire and I still prefer epassporte. I am sure that they will fix the situation as soon as possible...

Many of our affiliates still wish to receive payments via Epassporte so Groobybucks will honor their requests.

As affiliate I do not care where and who the money coming from as long they arrive and securely. Without too much time and efforts or forced to pay a fortune just to get it. Then I can focus on what I'm doing best.

Unfortunately that is not case today, not even before this shit happened. Epass is for my own convenience and to spread the eggs. With many sponsors and with some risk of some not suddenly paying, I keep the minimum payouts from programs low and I withdraw most of it fast when they arrive at epass. First rule in economics (the part with common sense) is not to buy all stocks in you own business, then everything is at stake if shit happens. Programs and epass is not my personal bank.

The rest of the "eggs" are done automatic by international wire transfers. CCBill, Epoch, Verotel etc. Even without the Visa option, I would still use Epass for wire transfers as long it's not too much effort and it can be configured to be done automatically like the others (I'm sure Epass can work something like that out). BUT if sponsors drop Epass, I will have to use other payment options. Checks are too much administration and wire is expensive which mean I have to raise the minimum payout again. As a consequense, I would not drop the sponsor but some will get more traffic and others will get less.

The big questions are IF Epass come back and WHEN they come back.

It's in Visa's hands not Chris Mallick's so no one knows for sure.

If it come back in timely fashion we will still offer it as a payment option on our stores. But we will go back to keeping the minimum in there. As luck would have it we kept $400 in there for a treat this weekend and it got screwed.

Why would anyone want to drop it?
