heres the deal and i will explain it just this once with a good example.

"thug porn" is trademarked. you cannot use that term in a domain nor to even describe something on a site or post. try it and you will find out.

however using "thug hardcore porn" is perfectly fine, you will not get bothered by the thug porn people. why? because its not "thug porn."

similarly while the terms you describe are indeed tradmarked, none of those terms are in my domain name. look at the domain and you will see this.

neither "porn tubes" nor "tubes hub" are trademarked, thus porntubeshub.com does not violate any trademark.
