Just logged in to Orgy Cash to have a peek around. I notice in their little news area it says that some months ago all CCBill linkcodes (which are still available all over their site) are no longer working. I checked my e-mail, and see a bunch of e-mails about stopping epassporte in 2009, but no e-mails about stopping CCBill codes. Nice.

So I change my codes to their VXSBill codes.

I login to VXSBill and see it has a $200 Euro minimum, and only pays out by wire transfer.

And now the best part..

They're paying a whopping 20% on signups, and 20% on renewals!

Buh bye.

Yeah it's too bad we made a lot of money with them back in the day. We had affiliates fighting over spots to promote them as a matter of fact!

yeah they changed to this new program a while back, with the excuse you'll be paid 20% on everything and people will buy a ton of seperate videos etc... bla bla bla

if they bring back the 50% revshare I'll promote them again, but the new Tainster platform is not to my liking

OrgyCash was such a great program. They were my #1 sponsor for a few years. Those sites renewed like crazy. But they've made some bad decisions that have totally killed it in the past year.

I stuck with them when they dropped Epass and went to international bank wires which cost me an extra $30-$40 in bank fees. And I was ok with them deducting 5% to cover credit card processing.

But they took some well established niche sites and redirected all links to a lame VOD site. And then dropped affiliate fees to 20%. Unbelievable!

Since the change my ratios have gone to 1:20,000 and I've made around $20 in new sales. Very disappointing.

Wow, there was no notice about this afaik. And I tought that they lowered subscription price... not to mention that they deduct you 5 eur due to some wired processing fee on each monthly statement.

The worst thing about OrgyMax is that they are not even a bunch of crooks. They are simply a bunch of %&^%&^% amateurs who had a lucky shot with Party Hardcore. I think the owner really thought that it would be perfectly acceptable to put his affiliates from 50% revshare to only 20%.

Yep he works now as dj and just dont care.

Removed all their links and RSS feeds from my resources a few mounts ago.

Actually, this is proof for my theory what means that I will drop any website going from ccbill and adding some other payment options.

Fucking crap, just checked our statsremote graphs, the traffic counting just fucking died on them last fall. I am done with them.

It really sucks when people do the shady stuff but it's so common unfortunately. Sponsors don't seem to realize that..gasp..if I make more moneywith you than the other guy I'll promote the hell out of you. But if you do something like cut my % to 20% or other shady shit to hurt conversions I'll drop you just the same. Sure the noobs don't notice the games but those who have been around do. That's why we're still around. :winkwink:

Yes, to tainster. All the promo tailored for specific sites goes out the window. I can tell even by not looking at stats that conversions will go to shit that way, but they don't seem to understand the idea that you can't force a customer to understand your idea of a website. You have to understand what they want and how they want it and the format they recognize. Now if they made that tainster as a separate site and pushed all their content there and paid 50% on that it would all be fine. We would have switched the links if we so wanted. Or made new traffic for tainster. But when you get niche traffic and promote their websites only for them to confuse the customer with "enter tainster"... wtf?

They either don't care or don't get it.

every time I drop some sponsor, I must go trough all my blogs and sites and that is taking too much time.

The question is why the fuck would they do it? Orgycash tours converted with ease and the sites rebilled nicely.

Sent all of my Party Hardcore traffic to Dancing Bear. Worked out great for me.

anyone have a clue what "tainster" means?
