I just want to withdraw my epass funds?
 

I never had a stupid Epass Visa electron. I always just had it sent to my bank account and it won't even let me do that now.

Am I missing something?

Won't even let me transfer 50$. I've been staying on top of this and (as I understand it) this shouldn't matter.

I think you can't withdraw from your virtual visa, only what's in your wallet via bank wire or debit card

Then you must have never had the card to use those funds in your Virtual Visa.

That $389.00 is locked up unfortunately.

You can only move it from Wallet to bank account. If it's on the Virtual Visa as your copy/paste shows right now it is frozen.

I just got a withdrawal today. from money in my epass wallet worked fine. set your epass so money goes into your wallet not too your virtual visa

I was surprised to be denied a bank account transfer too.

Fortunately I keep our balance as close to zero as possible. They only have $150 of our money held hostage. I feel very sorry for the people who have serious money in their accounts and can't get to it.

There are at least 16 threads started about topic of Epassporte problems on the 1st page of GFY right now. Epassporte is having major problems - what a drama!

Virtual visa is different to the physical electron card Jay.

At the moment funds held on the virtual visa are locked and cannot be transferred to the "wallet" where you would be able to withdraw them.

This money is not lost, but you won't be able to touch it until VISA/epassporte's card issuing bank unfreeze the cards.

Its currently not possible to spend the funds on the virtual card. We are working with Visa to solve this situation and will have a solution this week.
