If you have money frozen in epass im pretty sure you may be able to go directly to the St kitts bank in antigua and pick up your money in person.Call the bank there today and they will probably tell you the same thing...i relize this may not be an option for everyone but for those with large sums of cash tied up this may be something you might want to look into:2 cents:

And how is exactly is that going to be possible? ePass has shared passport & ID info, plus up to the minute account balances on all of its cardholders?

Bank won't be capable of verifying anything. The money isn't in the cardholder's name, hence the bank isn't going to release it to some guy who walks in, and provides a screenshot saying they have a balance of $200,000.

they should have everyone's passport and id for sure

if they weren't keeping any id's then they could be in real trouble

some people probably faked some stuff, and tried to pass mega money through

they will be waiting for those guys to land at the airport

I actually just got off of a flight home bound to the US from St. Kitts. I asked them for my money and all I got was an offer to fill out a credit card application. All they offered me was this gay as toaster:
