Please keep this thread clean, if you are going to Troll please do it somewhere else, I do not care about how much you hate ePassporte, make a new thread and email it to me and I will show up to take the abuse. This information is important to a lot of people, so please don't be an idiot.


There will be an official statement from ePassporte Thursday.
I don't know what it will be so no need to ask

No cards are working.
Funds on the virtual card can not be moved or withdrawn.

Funds on the Wallet can be withdrawn.

Withdrawals are possible via:
ACH to US bank accounts.
Original Credit to Visa/MasterCard credit/debit cards.
Wire
If you add a credit card/debit card, US bank account it has to be in your name and address as on your ePassporte account, you may be required to submit documents for the card/bank account
ID
Front and back of credit card (for withdrawals to credit card)
Recent statement not older than 120 days with card/account number and your name and address.
Voided check (for withdrawals to bank accounts)

Wires are going out as quickly as they are processed, we are swamped with request for wires and approving documents.

That is what I know and have been told and the only information I can provide at this time.


On a personal note, I know how this affects a lot of people, their business, their personal expenses or getting food on the table. If there were more I could do I would I am working my ass off to do anything I can to get cards/bank accounts and wires approved. I am just as frustrated as anyone else about this.

Thank for the update. I hope for the good news (or at least some some definite news) on Thursday but I have a feeling there will be some announcement about "we are still working on it/will try to solve it in coming weeks". It is not the best sign I guess that Michael is completely left out of the progress update - if it was good I think the hints would be given to him especially Thursday already started. Unless he has instructions not to give any hints of course so I do hope my gut feeling is wrong about this. :)

michael, you are a great asset to epass...

i would have left long before i did if it wasnt for you..

epass engaged in online gaming and i didnt think that was a wise decision and i felt it put my money in jeopardy...

i have no hard feelings towards you because you are not the decision maker at epass and you dont have any say in the direction the company takes...

i am glad i made other arrangements when i did and therefore did not have to suffer through this event..

people will always do what they think is best for themselves....

Who has my money ? epassporte , st kitts bank or visa ?

I paid $$ to buy a prepaid visa debit card but it won't let me add it to my epassporte account , any suggestions ?

Thanx for the update, would think you guys would be doing this daily if not hourly... seems we've been left in the dark all week, so don't get mad at the trollin' when people just figure it's a another Ibill or any other non paying sponsor biller situation as these things have never ended well, even if your company will be the one exception to the rule.

My only question is... Is it Visa that is blocking the VV to Wallet transfer?

Michael as everyone says you are doing a great job and your best with what you got, but some of these questions are important... to understand why this money cannot be transfer via epassporte system is one of them for me

is this actually secure and legit? most banks tell card holders to never share security code on the back of a card

Thanks, Michael ... you're doing a great job considering the circumstances.

As for those that keep asking the same questions over and over ... you're probably not going to get an answer. Michael is only allowed to answer what they tell him he can answer. He may not even have the answer himself.

Asking a thousands times won't change anything. He has been on top of this situation since it started and if he hasn't answered an question I'm sure it's not because he isn't aware of it, but rather that he is not allowed to answer or does not have the answer.

It sucks but that's how things go. Even if he wants to answer, he has to protect his job and since he's confident that everything will be OK, he is not going to risk his job by telling tales outside of school.
