Legal Action Against Epassporte?

Has anyone looked into legally pursuing ePassporte in regards to getting our funds back? For those in the US filling a suite locally? Or a lawyer willing to do a class action? There is a substantial amount of money tied up. It's time to take matters in our own hands folks.

Most are living paycheck to paycheck and can't afford a lawyer or to do anything other than sit back and hope and worry

Those that can afford lawyers/etc will settle out of court and part of the deal will be to not tell anyone else about it that they received their funds

none of you are going to do anything. no seriously you aren't. you're going to get boned if that's what is in the cards. not one of you will retain a lawyer. most don't even know how.

Filling a suit locally costs less than $50 and can not exceed a total amount of $5000, at least where I'm at.

you typically don't sue someone after a weeks time.

It's going to be longer than a week, trust me.

California forms:

You can file locally if it's 5K or less. If it's more a lawyer would pick it up.

i doubt it would change anything at this point

You are talking about a small claims action, not a class action. HUGE difference.

People need to chill out. Shit happens. The sky isnt falling... yet. a week or 2 isnt that long. They are STILL responding... I dont even know that they CAN do anything about it.

you do realize beating money out of people via the court system takes YEARS. and thats for US courts... gluck with that in Saint Kitts.

To start with where is jurisdiction?

If the only address (place of service) is in the Antilles ...

I understand. It was for the webmaster living 'from paycheck to paycheck'.
