It's a TV on PC program - you see them being sold left and right for $30 - $60 mainly on clickbank.

You get the entire source for it so you can rebrand it, resell it, so whatever you would like to do with it. After the hour is up you get resell rights (still open source customize it for as many of YOUR sites as you wish) but you can't sell the open source to other webmasters with resell rights unless you pay the $149

Greg - try redownloading it you should see a different icon on your screen. An earth with the arrow pointed to the right. If you have a headphones with an orange icon you got the version I screwed up and need to check the other download link.

If you have the right version it should be fine, I know it works on Windows 7
