Scary shit. Pic text from a number I don't recognize. It's a pic of a kid, a kid I don't recognize. I'm scared to reply. What would you do?

If it's underage and shows nudity then I think you have to report it. If it's just a pic of a clothed kid you don't know, I'd just ignore it.
