How the hell do i remove the search suggestions in Google?
 

This option seems to have dissapeared in the search settings. Anybody any idea?

personally i like the new google images. and i don't see the issue with the new google instant, it hasn't slowed me down any, i don't even fucking notice it. but i use the search bar in firefox for 90% of my searches anyways...

in other google related update news, for all the hate that was going around about youtube's updates. i'm, loving what they've done with the place over there too...

No, it's not google instant. It's google suggestions. There was an option till recently to remove that but it's gone.

Well, that's the problem. The option is gone from the preferences page.

I need to fix this or else i'm forced to find another SE.
