Please Help Me find A Suitable Theme. Please!
 

I'm looking for a theme (free) that separates categories on the front page like the drawing I've attached.

Basically, I want any category I decide to be a "featured" category to have a nice thumbnail with title and possibly some of the content.

I'd like to designate a "news" category that doesn't need a thumbnail or anything, and just sits as a linked title with some of the content.

I'm having a booger of a time finding a theme that works like this.

Why would you ask for something "FREE" when in most likelihood you paid for that retarded handkerchief around your face?

Almost any WP theme can be configured to do this shit. Work with it, or pay for it. :2 cents:

You've got a pretty bad attitude. I'm sorry you're having a bad day. In response to the handkerchief on my face, that was part of a Halloween costume.

I ask for free, because there are tons of awesome free themes for wordpress out there. I know any theme can do this, but I would like to find one as close to this as possible so I dont' have to fiddle with a ton of edits.

I don't even know where to start on listing them, there is thousands of themes that use featured categories on main page.

Maybe this clears things up. While I'll have 4 "featured posts", I will have the "news" updates running wp-robot to keep google indexing the site. The focus of the site are the 4 products listed at the top. don't know if that helps.

why dont you have it designed then integrate it into wp
