Actually I was hoping you'd have a little information for each scene so that is great.

If I had to come up with something negative aswell, I might say that I didn't like the space between the logo on the top left & the Members Login but that is very minor.

If I can get things moving on a few of my sites I'll definately be promoting :thumbsup

I think you need a darker BG color, and also probably a change in the font type/color. Improve the contrast/shadows-highlights/brightness in some of the vidcaps. I can barely read the bottom links.
The rest is ok :)

More eye contact on the main images. Invite and entice the surfer into buying. I see a ton of pics that the girls heads are cut off like a TGP script auto generated the tour thumbs.

The "cropped" issue you noticed is because some photo sets are portrait only thus the heads will unfortunately be cut.
