Epass says I am unable to use funds so no wire.

you. In regards to your concern, please be advised that as per the new
update received from our Account Verification Department, you will be
unable to use the funds which are available in your Visa Virtual Card.

Our Account Verification Department is working to resolve the issue. Only
once the issue is resolved, you will be able to use the funds which are
available in your Visa Virtual Card. The funds are safe and secure.

Please be notified that ePassporte has set your e-Wallet as Default Credit
and Debit Fund, you will be able to receive the future payments into your
e-Wallet and withdraw them to your Personal Bank Account through Bank Wire
Transfer. If you have a Visa or MasterCard Credit/Debit Card or a US
Checking Account, then you can register and verify it to withdraw the
funds to the respective Accounts.
