ePassporte - time for lawyers?

Question for you guys!

if you're willing to pay a lawyer (all together)?

I already talk with lawyer from lawyer.com and he told me this:

Dear Sir,
You will have to sue the company not the bank unless you can show that the bank was negligent. The key is that you have suffered loss due to non-access to your account. I do not think that not having access to US$1,000.00 qulaifies.

Everyone should epass some money to one main account and we will sue them all together!

Wait, there is a problem ;/

woj 09-14-2010 12:26 PM

$1000 in epass + contacting lawyer about it = :1orglaugh

Someone with a lot of money in there would have to start the lawsuit then - however I wouldn't be surprised if they can't work things out with epass themselves...

beerptrol 09-14-2010 12:32 PM

yes I have retained the services of the law firm Weiner & Cox(Grin & Barrett
were busy) to get back my $.22c

USA 09-14-2010 12:33 PM

I think idea with Lawyer is fine:

Dear Sir,
The legal fees for me to assist is at minimum US$500.00.

ajrocks 09-14-2010 01:01 PM

Good luck, with that.

Yea, that's some serious lawyer with a typo in his answer. While describing his last client (wanted for murder) in a written document, he wrote "He works at the kill" instead of "He works at the mill"...didn't go over so well.

epitome 09-14-2010 01:07 PM

Why does that "lawyer" sound like he is from India?

Come on, it's been even less than 2 weeks and you are shooting on lawyer. That might be the option, but only after you're certain that your money won't be available to you... and yes, nobody will bother if you can't access your 1, or 2k...

WiredGuy 09-14-2010 02:06 PM

Is this an outsourced lawyer? Sounds like it from his replies.

"Dear Sir" is a dead give away :1orglaugh

Sad to see this happen, but just brings the industry down a notch in trust with other companies

Brujah 09-14-2010 02:12 PM

Dear Sir,

We can do this for you for $10 no problem.

Persius 09-14-2010 02:14 PM

Doesn't take much effort to provide them with native English sounding replies to copy/paste.

fusionx 09-14-2010 02:23 PM

I have a team of 10 lawyers and a graphic designer in the Philippines that aren't real busy right now. I'd be happy to lend them to you :)

I'm giving them until Friday and they will be sent papers if there's not a real announcement. I have screen shots and much more information already filed.

Do you have any clue how long such a lawsuit could take and thus tie up your cash even longer?

Please get a clue everyone! I know this is GFY, but dang! there are limits to stupidity!

Tippy 09-14-2010 06:32 PM

I'm sorry but if I legally had $XX,XXX in my ePass VV account and it was being held from me I would do something about it, it's my damn $, why sit there and do nothing but hope/pray that someday you will see it.

Wouldnt it be worth while to at least send a lawyers letter to them, I would think that alone would get their attention and possibly get them to reach into their own pockets and pay you whats rightfully yours.

Has any of this been taken to the News/Radio stations?

Jaeger 09-14-2010 06:40 PM

its not time for lawyers just yet i would think, wait a lil longer imo

No news :(

SleazyDream 09-15-2010 12:11 AM

By the information people are posting he also has a history of being of misusing company funds, avoiding taxes and losing his job.

Not the type of guy I want to place a bet on. Though, he may pull it off. Who knows?

Twoface31 09-15-2010 04:00 AM

ummmmm you think this idea could help us a lot for all webmasters having money with epassporte.....

USA 09-16-2010 05:14 AM

Any news?

Nikki_Licks 09-16-2010 06:17 AM

I think there are enough monies involved that it could /would warrant a class action lawsuit....at least the truth would come to light and no one would have to listen to the uneducated statements from epass to those involved in this mess....:2 cents:

candyflip 09-16-2010 06:59 AM

Looks like he tried to find a lawyer local to the bank.

USA 09-16-2010 07:26 AM

keep this thread alive until we get our own money from VV epassporte account's
