Hi yall,

tuesday the 7th i requested a wire for the amount of 400$ from epass.

i havent since heard of it been processed only michael wrote ot me that it was forwared to the correct departement.

today ive read that they dont process any wires less then 1000$ can anyone confirm this?

where did you read this? Why wouldn't they process wires less than $1k?

on askdx in the big epass thread, there was someone who posted two replies from support one didnt suggest a min figure, but the other clearly said min $1000.

ill dig it up and quote the posts here ;)

wires more than 1k are "in motion" too.
Wire, ordered 9 sep still not approved...

I think this is a rule they had long before the current incident ( probably from the beginning ). No wires under $1000 are processed


PS: I sent my wire request on Sep 6th and it hasn't left the building yet

I requested for wire on 9th as well. Above 1k off-course
Well I called them yesterday (14th September) & they answered me that the documents for wire transfer was approved on 10th but unlike the last time.. I didn't get any msg abt the approval anyway they said it takes 7 to 10 days before I can see money in my bank. So far money is still sitting in my epass. Gotta wait till 20th I guess.

always you can add credit/debit card to epass and push your <1k$ to the card... ofcourse there is a limit like $600 per day..

i made test for lower amount than $1k and after 3 days i received money..

For transfering money from your Epass account to another credit card, Epassporte requires you to enter the three digit CVC2/CVV2 verification code (Card Security Code) which should only be needed to withdraw money from this card or to buy something with it. For loading money onto a debit card this verification code isn't needed. Why does Epass wants to know it?

Maybe to pay their bills with your money, or maybe they might sell this credit card data including verification code? Whatever, I wouldn't trust Epassporte access to even more money than they already stole from us...

Good news...

I got the money sent to my checking account and it went through perfectly, not sure about a wire though.
